Riverview Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 284 unit skilled nursing facility located in Savannah, GA. Following a significant strategic planning period, Riverview concluded that it needed to reposition the facility by creating a more diverse senior care system, which in turn would solidify its financial base. In mid-2007 Riverview authorized a plan that would replace nearly its entire nursing facility with new buildings that would offer skilled care, rehabilitation, dementia care and assisted living. A total of 215 beds of nursing and 36 Assisted Living are planned. Design Development drawings have been prepared by the architect, land use approvals, including re-zoning of the site, have been secured. The contractor is expected to begin construction in early 2009.

Eventus Role

Riverview retained Lifescapes in 2006 to complete the strategic plan and retained Eventus Strategic Partners in 2007 as its Project Manager to implement the plan.
