Westminster Manor is a lifecare community located in Austin, TX. In operation for over 30 years, Westminster Manor offers a continuum of care including independent living units and skilled nursing. Currently, Westminster Manor does not offer assisted living units. The existing campus and its offerings have been the subject of a recent review by Board and staff, assisted by an architectural firm. Currently, the team is marketing its new units and design is in progress. The project will replace the 103-bed healthcare facility with new social model skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care homes and add a 75 apartment expansion of the independent living component.

Eventus Role

Westminster Manor retained Eventus Strategic Partners as its Project Manager to manage the Critical Review Phase of this project and further manage the Implementation Phase. Eventus’ focus is planning, team formation and management of the marketing, design, permitting and financing.
