Eventus completed a review of previous development plans for a campus expansion to include the addition of independent living units adjacent to its existing skilled nursing and assisted living healthcare facilities. A new development plan was prepared to incorporate a phasing plan and revised the scope of facilities, service programs, and financial structure. Eventus directed the implementation of an initial phase of The Vista Project: 167 apartments and a 30,000 sf commons building. The Project was completed in mid-2021.
