Senior Development Manager
Darby Kline, RA, LEED AP, is a Senior Development Manager at Eventus. A registered architect in Pennsylvania and New York, she has experience with museum, academic K-12 and higher education, clinical, laboratory, infrastructure, office, student housing, theater, hospitality, high-end residential, and historic restoration projects.
Her current assignments include a senior living community expansion in North Jersey and a confidential cultural project in Philadelphia.
Prior to joining Aegis, she has Owner’s Representative experience in New York as well as project architect experience at several firms.
Darby has a Master of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture, Minor in Art History from Drexel University. Previous honors inclue New York Real Estate Journal’s 2024 Women in Construction and Columbia University Irving Medical Center Award for outstanding service and collaboration in CUIMC’s Facilities Management & Campus Services. She volunteers with Bowery Mission.
