In 2021 Eventus began managing an expansion for LVMG that completed the build-out envisioned in 2012.

The expansion includes 43 additional independent living apartments, a gastro-pub with indoor and outdoor dining, and a 17,000 SF multi-functional Performing Arts Center/chapel that can be utilized for worship services, performing arts, and other events.

The project also included the expansion of the Health Care Center to add a few more skilled nursing and assisted living rooms as well as introducting a new dedicated memory care support neighborhood with garden.

For this engagement, Eventus prepared a Financial Feasibility Study and coordinated the completion of design, market analysis, and actuarial report before moving on to provide development management services for the full implementation of Phase 2.

The project was completed in phases from August thrugh December 2025.
