Jennifer Keddie is a Partner at Aegis Property Group, a Philadelphia-based firm providing project management, owner’s representative, and real estate advisory services through all phases of development to clients since 1980. Aegis has provided its services as well as financial and marketing advisory in the senior living sector under the separately branded Eventus Strategic Partners since 2006.

Jen has over 20 years of industry experience as an owner’s representative, project manager, and designer specializing in healthcare, extremely adept at dealing with DOH and other relevant AHJ across multiple states and leading clients through the protocols and processes involved required to obtain certification by those entities. Her skills and expertise in planning, coordination, and organization combined with her knowledge of project management and emphasis on client focused service enable her to lead teams to success while forming solid and long-lasting client relationships. She also has experience in the senior living, government, public, and corporate sectors.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and an MBA both from Thomas Jefferson University. She is a member of Professional Women in Construction and a previous chair of the Philadelphia Chapter’s Storytelling Committee. Jen has also been involved in the International Interior Designer Association, served as Interior Design Council Treasurer at Thomas Jefferson University, and been a part of the USAVB Professional Association of Volleyball Officials.
