John Cacciola is President and a partner at Aegis Property Group, a Philadelphia-based firm providing project management, owner’s representative, and real estate advisory services through all phases of development to clients since 1980. Aegis has provided its services as well as financial and marketing advisory in the senior living sector under the separately branded Eventus Strategic Partners since 2006.

He has over 30 years of experience managing the implementation of hundreds of projects across a wide range of geographical locations for a variety of clients in every sector and specializing in campus expansions, demonstrating great vision and commitment to the success of those projects.

John has a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania and a LEED AP. John is a member of ASCE, ULI, SCUP, the Drexel University Construction Management Advisory Council, the Villanova University Civil Engineering Advisory Committee, and is a former adjunct professor of Project and Construction Management at Villanova.
