Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant Officially Opens

Built on 50 acres of farmland donated by the Miller family, Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant features 205 apartments, 36 dulex and single family homes, 20 assisted living suites, and 12 skilled nursing rooms. Community space includes formal and casual dining spaces, a fitness center, art and leisure arts space, wood shop, salon and spa, and a library. Still to come: an indoor pool.

Eventus continues to serve as the development manager on the project.
