In 2021 Eventus began a second phase that will complete the build-out envisioned in 2012, which includes 47 additional independent living apartments and a dining venue where the anticipated building E from the initial project was planned; a new Health Care building to include 20 memory care Assisted Living units on the ground floor, 24 skilled nursing units on the second floor, reconfiguring the current 12 skilled nursing units as assisted living, and adding a four-unit addition to that building; and a chapel/auditorium. Eventus is prepared a Financial Feasibility Study and coordinated the completion of design, market analysis, and actuarial report before moving on to provide development management services for the full implementation of Phase 2.
