Eventus completed an extensive repositioning for this existing CCRC that was previously a strictly Jewish Community, assisting with the development and implementation of strategies to attract broader admissions. This necessitated the addition of a non-kosher kitchen and additional dining venues and also included enhancement of common areas and the addition of an Aquatic and Fitness Center. In addition, Eventus assisted management and the Board with its recent merger with Wesley Enhanced Living.
