Eventus was engaged to lead a strategic master planning process to update its existing healthcare facilities, common areas and expand the residential services to include an inter-generational population using extensive available property. The master planning included updated market research and a charette process to develop the updating and expansion concepts that will involve multiple phases of development. The master plan was concluded in late summer 2023 and implementation of an initial phase of development expected to begin in early to mid-2024.
