RiverMead is in the midst of a campus expansion and redevelopment project that is focused on updating its health center, improving dining and other amenities, and adding independent living units in both new hybrid apartment buildings and cottages. Eventus completed a review of RiverMead’s previous plans for this development and recommended significant design, program modifications, and financial plan along with a phased development approach. Phase I was two new cottage buildings housing four units and was completed in May 2018. Phase II is two hybrid buildings housing 24 units and a Village Commons expansion, completed in May 2019.
