RiverMead is currently in the midst of a campus expansion and redevelopment project that is focused on updating its health center, improving dining and other amenities, and adding independent living units in both new hybrid apartment buildings and cottages. Eventus completed a review of RiverMead’s previous plans for this development and recommended significant design, program modifications, and financial plan along with a phased development approach. Phase I is two new cottage buildings housing four units and will be completed in May 2018. Phase II is two hybrid buildings housing 24 units and a Village Commons expansion. Phase II broke ground in March 2018 and will be completed in May 2019. Phase III is Mead Campus Health and Wellness Center renovations, which will begin in late summer 2018.
