Eventus was retained to provide strategic planning, revised master planning and financial analysis for a significant update and expansion to the health care facility as well as the addition of a different style of independent living (hybrid apartments) with an adjacent clubhouse. Eventus is managed the planning, design of the projects, assisting with final stages of land use approval, and currently overseeing construction of the independent living addition. In addition, Eventus assisted management with the refinancing of its debt to enable the further development of its campus.
