Eventus has led The Osborn, a premiere Senior Care Facility in Rye New York, through a strategic plan and master planning phase that identified six major areas of improvement and potential projects. The master plans purpose is to maintain and further The Osborn’s position in the market and the standard of premier senior living and related health care. Eventus performed a financial analysis to evaluate the first phase of a master plan, creating 45 new independent living apartments in a small apartment building concept along with some reconfiguration and addition to its community spaces.
