May 2020 – The 45,000 sf Smith Crossing Expansion in Orland Park, IL, is complete. The expansion added 46 skilled nursing beds and therapy space.
The 32-acre CCRC has more than 300 residents and offers independent living apartments and villas, assisted living apartments, memory care residences, and skilled nursing care rooms.
