Joshua Klein is a Development Manager for Eventus with a strong background in project management, overseeing projects from kickoff through occupancy.
In addition to senior living, he has experience planning and managing projects in healthcare, multifamily, restaurant, resort, club, office, casino, retail, and academic environments. Josh is also a lighting expert. In addition to previous project management experience, he has past experience as a carpenter for a residential contractor and a theatrical technical director.
He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Design/Technology from Emerson College. Josh is on the board at Plays and Players Theater.
