Martins Run Celebrates Grand Opening

Media, PA - May 4, 2010 - Martins Run held a Grand Opening Celebration for its Energy Club. Residents, staff, project team and local dignitaries were in attendance for the ribbon cutting ceremony led by Linda Sterthous, CEO of Martins Run, and Sadie Hofstein, the president of the community's Residents Association. Following the ribbon cutting ceremony, there were tours and a host of activities for residents and visitors to enjoy.
The 9,000 s.f. Energy Club has an indoor, heated swimming pool as its centerpiece. The facility serves as a fitness and recreation center and includes two separate exercise rooms, one for strength and toning and another for aerobic conditioning and group exercise, including yoga; spacious locker rooms and a juice bar café stocked with healthy post-workout refreshments.
Lifescapes assisted Martins Run in developing strategic long-range planning options and analyzing the financial outcomes of various strategic scenarios. Eventus was engaged in 2008 to implement the Energy Club project.
